The 11th edition of The Barcelona Debates on the Human Microbiome successfully took place on June 26–27 in Barcelona. The international meeting gathered 224 participants and 21 distinguished speakers, including leading global experts, to explore the latest scientific advances and therapeutic potential of the human microbiota.
The program featured sessions on the Gut-Brain Axis, Diet and the Microbiome, Mucosal Inflammation and Chronic Disease, Microbiome at the Population Level, and recent scientific breakthroughs, complemented by 6 oral presentations and 46 scientific posters. This event continues to serve as a unique platform for fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and discussion on the future of microbiota-based therapies. We thank all participants, speakers, and contributors for making the event engaging and productive.
